How the package works

From strategy to posted, with your approval at the end. Press play, sound on.

Who this is for

Founders who outgrew doing it themselves.

If you are still the bottleneck between a good idea and a posted video, that is exactly what this fixes.

01

Strategy and content pillars

We work out what you should be talking about, then build a 90-day plan around it: your audience, your offer, your angles, mapped before anything gets made.

02

Scripts and filming direction

You get the shot list and the words. No wasted weekends on footage that can't be used.

03

Editing and production

Footage comes back finished, cut to your look, captioned, ready to go out. Every piece follows your brand rules.

04

Posting, scheduling and community

Everything goes out on time across your platforms. Comments and DMs answered in your voice.

Why it works

Buyers hire people.

Everyone sounds the same. The founder's voice is the difference, and it is the part we protect while we handle the production.

What it gives you back

The hours you stop spending.

One published long-form video and the shorts cut from it, start to finish. Here is who does what once the system is running.

We do not only run this for founders. Game studios hire the same system to put their titles in front of players.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Still have a question?

Book a short call, or send us an email and our team will reply within one business day.

Who is this for?

Founder-led brands where the founder is still the bottleneck between a good idea and a posted video. If you have an offer and a point of view but no time to run the channel, that is exactly what this fixes.

What do you handle, and what do I still do?

We handle strategy and content pillars, scripts and filming direction, editing and production, posting and scheduling, and replies to comments and DMs in your voice. You film. About 2.5 hours of your own time per video, plus 3.5 hours working together, and we take the rest.

Do you work with founders outside Da Nang?

Yes. The system runs remotely: you film, we direct, edit, and post. We work with founders across Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines.

What platforms do you post on?

We map that out on the first call based on where your audience is. Most clients run YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. We adapt to what fits your offer and the people you're trying to reach.

Is there a minimum commitment?

We ask for three months minimum on the retainer. Content growth is a compounding channel. Three months is enough to see real data on what's working.

What happens on the first call?

A short call where we look at your channel, your offer, and your audience, then tell you exactly how we'd run it. Nobody talks price until the math works.
